Performing for an Oktoberfest celebration with the Philadelphia German Brass.  The venue was nice enough to let me play on one of their house kits; in this case, a Drum Workshop Collector's Series.  They sounded beautiful. As some would think this type of music is corny and repetitive, I always take every gig I do seriously and try to the best of my ability to make it sound believable and authentic.  Playing polka music to me with a bunch of super talented brass players is not something I wanted to take lightly, and I have always approached the drums for this kind of music as "lightly dancing on the drum heads and cymbals"    Was a great time playing and also hanging with the other players!
