1960's Rogers "Powertone", chrome over brass, 5" x 14"

The drum is outfitted with all the original parts, including the original Rogers logo snare side head.  This drum plays very focused and tight; a characteristic of most Rogers brass snares.  It is very articulate and bright sounding.  The chrome plating over the brass shell dilutes most of that unwanted ring you tend to get from an all metal drum.
